Those are nice looking subs for sure. id like to do a plexiglass enclosure for 4 of these in the next year.I'm sure that the Sundowns are great. These might be a little more budget friendly. AB ftw!.View attachment 25532

Yeah. I remember your thread. Kinda wish you woulda done the 8s myself. Lol. Those Vfls are beasts. No one would’ve believed you were running 8s. Those 10s are good too though bet, but I’ve never heard those. The new VFL8's (600 rms) look pretty nice as well. I was going to do a 4-8" build in my standard cab Dodge behind the seat on a Smart 3K, but decided on 2- American Bass HD10's instead.

Which Ones are you asking about?/I have just saw these. Looks like a nice sub. But do they get loud and low?
I just bought an "open box" HD 10 got it Thursday haven't hooked it up yet but its stout. Bought it to replace my less them impressive x10v2I think we went with the 10's because of the motor size (300 oz. magnets) and the bigger voice coils (3"). It's not easy to get two 50 pound 10's behind the seat of a standard cab Dodge either. We aren't tearing the back wall out either, meaning, if I ever remove the sub box, it will look stock again. 3.5 cubes net with a 6" aeroport. Sub forward and port up (in the middle).
