Where do the wires go?

I wired the amp to the subwoofers, the power wire is set, the ground wire is set, but I don't know where the remote turn on wire goes. ( the little blue one im guessing 14 gauge) Also, is that all I need for it to work? Do I need to connect the inputs? It has a low input RCA line on the amp, and a plug in high input on the amp. I'm only supposed to connect one, where would they go? Please help!!!

the remote wire goes into the back of your headunit

you're also going to need an RCA cable going between the amplifier and the headunit

the remote trun on goes the the power antena wire on the HU, or any 12v acc. source. if you have sub preouts on the HU, use those. don't worry about the high input.

actually the remote turn on goes to the remote wire on the hu....you must have a really shitty hu

I don't remember there being any RCA inputs on the hu, so where does that go? If I had a line out converter that connected to the rca from the amp, what wires would go there?

sorry, on my HU (kenwood kdc-mp238), you use the antenna wire to power the amp. it is on as long as the HU is.

If you have no rca connects on the back of ur deck I wouldnt be connecting the blue remote to the power antenna. I'm pretty sure when you go to play a cd the power antenna loses its juice and you will have no amp. I would suggest hooking to iginition or something that powers on only when ur car is started. Dont run the blue remote directly to a constant or your amp will alway be on.

the power antenna wire only supplies power as long as it takes for the power antenna to go out of the car

the remote wire is a constant source

Connect the remote to any +12v source that turns on with the key. The most common one is either the remote on on the HU harness, power ant., acc.(red wire from the car IIRC), or the cigarette lighter.

sorry, but on the kenwood unit i had (mp528) if you hooked it to the power ant wire it goes off when on cd. you have a low end unit
