Where can i buy a diode isolator? and a couple more questions!

i was told to use a diode isolator for my second battery, my question is where can i buy one? do they sell them at checkers or autozone?

and also would i need more power wire? if so do i need to run the second power wire from the front battery to the back battery? i really do not want to make another hole in my firewall.

Google for "Diode Isolator" and you'll get what you need.

And, I'm not the expert I claim to be, so don't cry foul on me. I would think you'd need to run a positive wire to the second battery. I also don't see the point in a diode isolator, but then I have no second battery.
