whats your average rms rate

It would sound of ***. Cancellation problems out the butt.
ahh thanks, i was just wondering

cuz i was going to get the s15l7, but i rethink and said to myself this will be too much for me to handle and i may end up losing all my money cuz i might **** it up in the first week or something

so i was planning to get a single 12", so i was wondering what would happen if i had a 12 and added a 15 in the future

2 15s would be nice.. but i might just have to stick with 2 12s, im gonna buy 1 for now..

300rms might be enough, it depends on the person and their goals.
The answer for most everyone is a lot less than they think.
It can be if put into the right box and such. Also, depending on the vehicle. Alot of factors here...

The person here is asking about putting a 12" and a 15" together.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

I don't think he should start off with something thats a challenge. I think 15" L7 with 300rms for him = clipping, but its hard to decipher if it was in the right box.

More the less... @spec. (RMS, box volume, ect.)

A good way to start off IMO. If he's becoming a caraudioaholic.

hmm maybe i should get a 12 and sell it in the future then buy 2 15s, but thats too far away from now

ill go to a audioshop tomorrow see how much they are pricing the s12l7 06 for..

im gonna go on the kicker site to see what it can handle and ill just get whatever matchs it so nothting ****s up

anyone know any good amp for the s12l7 06

on the site it says 1500/750

i forgot what that meant again..

1500 watts and 750 rms?

so i have to buy a amp that hits 1500 watts? or???

Yeah, i'm going to have a 18" MX or MT with an Us Amps AX1500DE on each voice coil. So, i guess that's about 3000 watts rms considering that each amp retails for about 1299.95. They're rated at 1500 rms at 1 ohm but from what i've heard they do closer to 1800 watts rms. Should be awesome for a 1 woofer system. It's going in the back of a rodeo fired up with a huge slot port.
