whats the most youve ever spent

do you go looking down at peoples feet all day?
they all look the same to me in the stores. shiny brown or black and shaped weird.

edit: then again, maybe its because i only wear dress shoes for interviews, and i only put them on when i get there and take them off as the interview is over and im in my car. the only time i will spend a ton of money on shoes is if they're not shoes at all, but boots that i will be wearing all day ever day at work. i can take it in the *** once in a while and pay $200 for some boots when its for all day comfort.
I'm with george on this payless dress shoe matter.

i got more money than you cats in my house safe and dont buy some stupid shit like $400 shoes. i dont spend more than $100 for my entire suits for work and i work for city council!

I am more of a bargain shopper myself. I go to the Nike outlet store to buy my shoes. I will usually buy about 3 pair at a time. I always clean my shoes and put them back in the box after I wear them.

I would be really flamed if I were to show how many pairs of shoes I have, but I stopped counting at around 50 something. Most of them will look like they have never been worn //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

around 60-80 maybe. i'm not a shoe person though. i wear flip-flops everywhere. i even went to this girls wake in flip flops. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i wear steel toed boots at work though. lol

though i think the most i spent on shoes was like 80 a few years ago when i used skater shoes.

$150 on a pair of SAS's. They were okay but not great. My most comfortable shoes have been Nikes bought at discount stores for $40 or so. A pair of good glossy black sh*tkicker boots were picked up for $75 new back in the Eighties, so that would be like $300 today...LOL!

I really don't spend that much on shoes overall since I just buy a pair, wear them out or use them until my feet are fed up with them, then buy a new pair. I'm not a cousin of Imelda Marcos...LOL!

ever heard of Burlington Coat Factory? i usually pick up Tommy, Hugo, and Ralph Lauren suits for $80-90, get free tailoring, and everything else i have. why spend 300+ on the same suit retail when i can get them at a discount outlet. nothing flashy just a grey, black, blue, and a few blazerz. nothing shitty about them. they are for work.
