I use WinSpeakerZ. It's pretty good, I got it to build high boxes but it works just fine for doing car audio subs and such because of the built in cabin simulator....

i use winISD over BB6P wich i have used side by side with winISD.

winISD's graphs are more informative and full of features. BB6P may be a little more popular because of the ease of use. but ones you figure winISD youll find your self building enclosures that are more accurate and the end product is more to what was expected then using any of the other enclosure simulators out there. i have compared the winISD graphs to the finished product using trueRTA and DSSF3 Version 5, and find the enclosure output very closure to what winISD had predicted.
