Estrogen blocker is a terrible, terrible, terrible idea if taking a testosterone booster. Ever see those former body builders that sound younger than a 4 year old girl? That's why. If your body gets too much testosterone it starts to convert it to estrogen to help maintain a balance, so blocking estrogen is even worse. Also, speaking from personal experience, you're likely going to want a supplement to help with the side effects of a T Booster. There can be some nasty side effects, especially with anger, trust me. There is no need for a T Booster anyways, unless you have a low testosterone level or you're getting into extreme competition weightlifting. Taking a good vitamin supplement with a quality protein and good diet is all you need.
Please stop giving advice you clearly know nothing about.Creatine is actually pretty bad. You have to keep taking it to keep the muscle mass. Once you stop taking it, you start reverting. HOWEVER there are creatine supplements used to help with your digestion, which actually works quite well.
Whats your current weight, height and activity level? 1600 seem a bit to low. Going to low on calories to fast does more harm then good. If you want to reset your metabolism let me know. It takes a months or up to a year. But it sounds like something you may need to do first if you want quality and lasting gains.Well right now I am on a very strict diet. Only giving myself 1600 calories and adding for calories when I exercise. I am trying to drop weight. Need to lose about 30lbs. And trying to maintain strength while doing it. This stuff I am taking is only temporary. Just a boost to help get me on the right track. My energy levels have bottomed out. And this is helping greatly with energy. But I will probably only take the testosterone booster and estrogen blocker for a month. The other stuff is just vitamins and caffeine which I will continue.
I agree, I have only came across one Naturally T-Booster that actually made a difference. It's Called THRUST from Mangum. It's legit. I just finished running 2 bottles of it. Never slept better and recovered faster then I have in years. Never Buy Anything from GNC ever... Over priced...It may not boost your Test Levels if your at healthy levels already. From 1st hand experience it does great for giving that Fuller Look all day, Alpha Feeling and Motivation in the Gym. One of the biggest benefits was better Sleep from it. I'd bet money if you run it once, before your finished with your bottle you will want to order your 2nd.The stuff you are taking is worthless.
And what gives you the authority? Estrogen blocking and testosterone boosters don't mix. Unless you need one or both. Creatine comment? If you honestly tell me creatine is good for you then you just proved how ******* stupid you are. I'm willing to bet I've seen more people on creatine than you and can definitely attest to the negatives of it. Grant it, there are a **** ton of.benefits, but it's terrible for your bodyPlease stop giving advice you clearly know nothing about.
Lol...joking right...find and post the research to back those claims. And what gives you the authority? Estrogen blocking and testosterone boosters don't mix. Unless you need one or both. Oh what? Like forum articles you linked? Why is it the NCAA bans creatine (technically, no one listens)? Creatine plays wonky with tons of medications, drinks, and preexisting health conditions. Can contribute to high blood pressure, especially in those at risk. These things can be found in numerous health journals. But frankly, I don't care enough to point them out. If you're healthy and don't drink alcohol or caffeine or a lot of over the counter medications then by all means go for it. You can get just as big and just as strong without creatine and the risks that come with it.Lol...joking right...find and post the research to back those claims.

Edit: Digestive creatine works great and I support it

Creatine being Banned in the NCAA was a Myth. I was a college Athlete Div.1.. back in 1999-2000. Been competing in powerlifting for Years now. I have never seen or heard of 1 person being harmed from creatine in 15+yrs. I've used it since 1997 and have been tested 100's of times since then. Never failed.. Plus I'm 35 now and my kidneys and BP is perfect. Hell I don't even do any Cardio. The NCAA recently banned the distribution of creatine by college's to their athletes "because of the lack of long-term studies on possible side effects (6)." They claim that since creatine is a relatively new supplement there is no way to tell whether or not it has any long-term side effects [(busted creatine myths)].May 14, 2015
Look, arguing supplements on a car audio forum is pointless. You obviously have a very biased view as do I. You have seen nothing but positive ans I've seen a lot of negatives. Therefore we'll get nothing accomplished. The one thing I hope you'll agree on, is that if you take creatine make sure you drink a crapload of water.Creatine being Banned in the NCAA was a Myth. This BS about there is no long term research on Creatine to back up the claims is BS. It is the most researched Supplement in the world and has been for 20yrs.
