SoundQubed returns call or email?

I sent an email yesterday to SoundQubed about how to exchange a defective speaker. They didn't reply today. Is it better to call them first, or wait for a reply to email? They also have a return RMA request online. Should I go ahead and fill that out, or wait for a reply?

My email was a reply to the email they sent me when I purchased the speakers last week.

I'd just fill out the RMA and ship it out. They'll notify you when received and processed. I've had to do this in the past and it's quick n painless. I've always been able to reach them by phone as well. But ya, give them a few business days to reply by email if you wanna go that route...especially if sent on a Sunday.

 
Called them today, and they picked up right away. My big question was do I just return the one speaker or the pair, and they decided I need to return the pair through the automated RMA process.
