What you know about supplements?

It's hard to get good rabies these days

Oh man... Watching people talk about weight lifting and losing weight and what have you.

From what it looks like, you are trying to build muscle over losing weight? I can't really help you there bud because I'm not into the whole muscle building thing. What I can say is dieting is very important (for losing weight and building muscle), I'd say more important than any supplement. But I'm not in my 40's to say that is 100% true.

When I was 18 I was in the 240-260 range, and I'm only 5-8. I tried going to a trainer because I simply felt uncomfortable in my body. The trainer said he will only train people who are strict to his diet and I had to send a pic of everything I ate. Well, I was pretty good for a weak, but one splurge turned into another, and to make things short, he dropped me after about 3 weeks. After than, I just started eating better and regular exercise. I don't eat like I should, but I eat better than I did and much more healthy with some general exercise and I'm now 23 and down to 155-160 steady. I just know diet, especially in terms of weight loss and being overall fit, is probably more important the the physical work put in, albeit the physical work is important too.

You just can't really expect to be healthy if your working out to make up for the greasy burger you ate. You have to get the greasy burger out of the diet for good (or down to a few times a year) to really do it right. Lots of greens and water always helps. Fat also isn't bad for a diet if you are active and trying to burn fat, carbs (not good carbs like in most bread and pasta, I like using vegi pasta myself) are no goes.

This is just the little I know about losing weight and being healthy. I probably wouldn't recommend and test or est blockers because it throws your bodies natural balance out of whack which likely isn't good for the long term. But I'm not an expert, just my $0.02

Estrogen blocker is a terrible, terrible, terrible idea if taking a testosterone booster. Ever see those former body builders that sound younger than a 4 year old girl? That's why. If your body gets too much testosterone it starts to convert it to estrogen to help maintain a balance, so blocking estrogen is even worse. Also, speaking from personal experience, you're likely going to want a supplement to help with the side effects of a T Booster. There can be some nasty side effects, especially with anger, trust me. There is no need for a T Booster anyways, unless you have a low testosterone level or you're getting into extreme competition weightlifting. Taking a good vitamin supplement with a quality protein and good diet is all you need.
Creatine is actually pretty bad. You have to keep taking it to keep the muscle mass. Once you stop taking it, you start reverting. HOWEVER there are creatine supplements used to help with your digestion, which actually works quite well.
Please stop giving advice you clearly know nothing about.

Well right now I am on a very strict diet. Only giving myself 1600 calories and adding for calories when I exercise. I am trying to drop weight. Need to lose about 30lbs. And trying to maintain strength while doing it. This stuff I am taking is only temporary. Just a boost to help get me on the right track. My energy levels have bottomed out. And this is helping greatly with energy. But I will probably only take the testosterone booster and estrogen blocker for a month. The other stuff is just vitamins and caffeine which I will continue.
Whats your current weight, height and activity level? 1600 seem a bit to low. Going to low on calories to fast does more harm then good. If you want to reset your metabolism let me know. It takes a months or up to a year. But it sounds like something you may need to do first if you want quality and lasting gains.

The stuff you are taking is worthless.
I agree, I have only came across one Naturally T-Booster that actually made a difference. It's Called THRUST from Mangum. It's legit. I just finished running 2 bottles of it. Never slept better and recovered faster then I have in years. Never Buy Anything from GNC ever... Over priced...It may not boost your Test Levels if your at healthy levels already. From 1st hand experience it does great for giving that Fuller Look all day, Alpha Feeling and Motivation in the Gym. One of the biggest benefits was better Sleep from it. I'd bet money if you run it once, before your finished with your bottle you will want to order your 2nd.

BCAA's work, but you need 30g of BCAA to really start feeling the effects of better recovery. At those doses, it's too expensive.

Creatine is Proven time and time again to work. I have to take 20g a day to see it work. The 5g a day dose is too small..Don't buy into all the different Forms. Just buy Mono and mix 5g with your Breakfast Juice, pre-Workout, Intra(gatorade) and Whey post.

Whey is always good to have post-workout.. But only post workout. Whey will spike your insulin which you only want Post workout. Be carefull which Whey you buy. 30+ Big like companies are being sued for Spiking their Whey with excessive amounts of cheap aminos and Creatine to boost Protein count. Never buy Protein with Creatine in it. Creatine tricks the testing and doubles Protein content.

1st things first... Stop taking everything for a few weeks and get your Blood work done to get another Baseline done. If your under 350 on Total test. They should stick you on TRT. Or may try kick starting you again with Clomid first. TRT can be a pain to get right and find a good doctor. Don't do creams or Monthly injections. You want Weekly injections for the best consistent levels.

Also ditch those stupid Muscle Mag routines for a Solid Strength Base Program like 531. If you want to cont. to make progress. You have to keep a Log of your workouts and track it. If not, you won't progress as fast. It's proven.

Download this App.. best app besides Clash of Clans..lol I have bought...Plug your Numbers in (Truthfully) and get to work. Skip the first Deload Week and jump right into the 2nd round.

And what gives you the authority? Estrogen blocking and testosterone boosters don't mix. Unless you need one or both. Creatine comment? If you honestly tell me creatine is good for you then you just proved how ******* stupid you are. I'm willing to bet I've seen more people on creatine than you and can definitely attest to the negatives of it. Grant it, there are a **** ton of.benefits, but it's terrible for your body

Lol...joking right...find and post the research to back those claims.

Oh what? Like forum articles you linked? Why is it the NCAA bans creatine (technically, no one listens)? Creatine plays wonky with tons of medications, drinks, and preexisting health conditions. Can contribute to high blood pressure, especially in those at risk. These things can be found in numerous health journals. But frankly, I don't care enough to point them out. If you're healthy and don't drink alcohol or caffeine or a lot of over the counter medications then by all means go for it. You can get just as big and just as strong without creatine and the risks that come with it.

Edit: Digestive creatine works great and I support it

I know we weren't allowed to drink a lot of sports drinks from vitamin water lol. They came right out and told us we would test positive after drinking it. They had lists of that **** all around our weight room. As for what we would test positive to, I have no clue

You know there is no full comprehensive list right? Sgall I post a photo of the actual NCAA form that athletes have to sign? I feel like I know them better than you seeming as I'm a NCAA athlete/student coach.

But like I said, I don't really give a ****. He listens to you or me. I've taken this **** for years and have the health issues to back it up. I've seen too many friends develop similar issues. I'll end on this, very few supplements have been thoroughly researched. Don't trust it if it doesn't come from a legitimate medical research place.

The NCAA recently banned the distribution of creatine by college's to their athletes "because of the lack of long-term studies on possible side effects (6)." They claim that since creatine is a relatively new supplement there is no way to tell whether or not it has any long-term side effects [(busted creatine myths)].May 14, 2015
Creatine being Banned in the NCAA was a Myth. I was a college Athlete Div.1.. back in 1999-2000. Been competing in powerlifting for Years now. I have never seen or heard of 1 person being harmed from creatine in 15+yrs. I've used it since 1997 and have been tested 100's of times since then. Never failed.. Plus I'm 35 now and my kidneys and BP is perfect. Hell I don't even do any Cardio.

This BS about there is no long term research on Creatine to back up the claims is BS. It is the most researched Supplement in the world and has been for 20yrs. Now Colleges are not allowed to Give Creatine, BCAA, Gluatmine or Even Whey Protein. This doesn't mean the Athletes can't use anything of them. Just that the school can't provide it.

Look, arguing supplements on a car audio forum is pointless. You obviously have a very biased view as do I. You have seen nothing but positive ans I've seen a lot of negatives. Therefore we'll get nothing accomplished. The one thing I hope you'll agree on, is that if you take creatine make sure you drink a crapload of water.
