well at 200 bucks, they definitely look better than what i have now (and i need new tires anyways), and the tires he has are pretty much brand new

ya but sometimes if u dont go all out and get really good looking ones, it makes the car look worse than having the standard ones.

my thoughts exactly

the tires he's selling em with are practically brand new (under 2k miles on em), and the rims/tires are gonna be cheaper than getting new tires
