I used a couple, but screws really arent needed except to hold the box in place while the glue dries, still even then, clamps are your friend

It is done, and it is loud! Just to make sure I got the best performance, I took out my back seats, and took out all the insulation that was between the trunk and the seat. I also cut a hole in the arm rest, so when you fold it down, it allows more air to come through. The same was done for the rear shelf. Needless to say, I can feel tons of air coming through now. The car has no rattles at all.. I will try to get a vid up soon.

I did the same thing in my car, removing all the insulation behind the seats and rear deck. I just have not cut a hole in the armrest, (been lazy lol).

Outside dimensions 40x 21h x21d Those arent even the max dimensions of the car. I plan on getting more power, and doing another one. It looks like I can squeeze a box thats 40x 24hx 24d So 13.3 cubes is about the max you can fit in the middle.

Mine didnt either when I had my setups. Some trunk rattling but not much.

Friend of mine has a 02 and it rattled like crazy. Same way it was with my cousin's Olds Cutlass and my friends. Both had systems, one rattle badly one didnt.

Just depends on the car I guess lol. But nice setup, cant wait for my car to get fixed so I can start working on it again.

I did have a towncar, an old one, and it rattled a ton, with deadning. Now I have a crownvic.

It's a Luxury car........My 300M doesn't rattle except for the license plate because it's only bolted down with 2 screws. I got the AQ HDC315 and AQ2200D.

l7s had a jbl bp 1200.1 running at 1 ohm. 8 cubes tuned to about 34 hertz for the kickers. l7s do not hold a candle to the hdcs. Sad thing is, I also ran an exile 2400.1 to the l7s, and they still couldnt match the hdc 18 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Im not saying this will be the same for everyone, but I have had much better luck with this setup, and its only getting a xenon 1200.1
