149-151 on the meters they used back then was more like 140 on a termlab. tl's, which are the standard meter now, i dont believe existed back then, or if they did, were not widespread at all.Don't remember the meter but it was with doors/windows closed. Call Eastgate Electronics in High-Point, NC and ask them which meter they used in 97-98. But yes sir 149-151 all day.
