Do u have a shotgun? now thats a cheap an intimidating weapon. If they show up just point it at them n threaten them an tell him to leave. If he's stupid an doesn't listen....an continues breaking something or goes after you (wich i doubt), nothing will slow em down more an make a nice impression than a buck shot to the foot. florida is VERY lenient,if you feel threatend by someones threat you can kill them and be ok. You cant defend yourself,you cant fight,you cant shoot to injure,you have to kill them and you will be fine...pretty stupid yes but you wont go to jail.

Yup, gotta kill them. Dead men file no lawsuits. You do need to establish state of mind at the time of the incident. You have called the cops once. First step in the right direction. If it does ever go down, and you shoot someone in FL or anywhere when it is self defense, pull the trigger till it goes click. Empty the gun. One shot to the dome won't exactly be convincing to the cop that you were scared for your life. That looks calm cool and collected, not exactly the image you want to protray in a self defense siutation. Two center of mass to take care of business and then just empty the gun from there. Truly scared people don't shoot really well unless they have years of training. People with that kind of training aren't allowed to claim self defense when the other guy is dead and definitely aren't going to be scared of some punk.

I personally would invite the guy onto my property and beat the ever-living-hell out of his @ss, infront of her. Make sure some of his teeth are missing. Then tape those teeth to the head unit when you give it back to her. Punch the B!tch in the grill while you are at it, just make sure she is on your property.
