but i would suggest asking questions such as:

why didnt you put confirmations on all boxes, thats what i wanted?

where are they now they were never recieved?

I would put blaim on them FOR NOT confirming all the packages, thus i assume thats what you said to the cashier.

This might take a little bit of waiting, but its worth it in the end.

 
I don't think either one of you tried to scam the other. The holidays can be stressful and make us a little cranky though. You both need to realize that neither of you were at fault so you can work together to find the package. Good luck.

The extra parts that your talking about are 6 different paper dust caps and 4 aluminium dust caps, two that are messed up and two that dont fit. lol

Im done with this.

I paid $300 for a bunch of parts that did not received completed.

Which most of the parts where messed up and I didn't even say anything.

I only asked for the things that I didn't received and now you say I'm a scammer becuase of that. That's funny, I have been here for years and never had a problem either as a seller of a buyer. I don't think you could say the same for you.

And only time would tell who is the bad seller, even with all you proofs.

true maybe shipping is rough cause of the holidays, if it does show up im sure chris would send your moneys back. so lets just be patient!

 
YES. ZUES. with it being pointed out that i was misinformed about the confirmation #, i must extend an apology to you for calling you a scammer.. i will go to the post office (if it is my duty) asap. however, you MUST see that i TRIED my best to make it right.

seems the 1 incident you mentioned.. has been cleared up (.check the feedback forum, if you would like proof) and fwiw- you WOULD have said it if the parts are messed up. get real man. anyone would have. please.. post pics of these "messed up parts" that you claim?

No you don't remember correctly. I paid you $30 for each Assy, times 2= $60 That's not being genearous, that's being fair. Because I told you two weeks ago that I never received them and you didn't try to help me you just said that you were going to send me more parts
For some reason, this made me LOL.

Also, it seems the seller has gone out of his way..even refunded $60 the buyer and sent out additional parts. What more can the buyer want? And I see his story shifting saying different things time to time. Get your story straight. I don't know if the buyer is necessarily trying to scam seller, but he sure seems to be trying to get something out of him. I say lock this **** thread and the buyer needs to grow up. YOU GOT $60 BACK. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?! And if you're not happy with the seller's products or whatever, go find them elsewhere.

 
from my experiences only the SHIPPER can do this. this would be considered a claim because it says it was delievered but never recieved. So this would be the SHIPPERs duty, thus only the shipper can do this, at least thats fedex. maybe would could answer me how usps does this?
Yes, the shipper is the party that needs to file the claim.

Unless you paid for insurance, you are not going to get anything back. USPS is not like UPS, they do not automatically insure it for $100.

I know it's already been proven but you need a seperate tracking number for each package with USPS. They do not scan anything, unless you pay for the tracking. There are no master tracking numbers for USPS for multiple packages.
