What would i need to go about upgrading my 2006 Nissan Altima stereo

I bought a Nissan Altima month or so ago and got it on the road but i learned afterwards that it doesn't have a Aux input let alone bluetooth support, so now im stuck with 3 crappy local radio stations and a cd player which i will never use. this is what mine looks like currently https://i.ytimg.com/vi/4ngQ8stIC40/maxresdefault.jpg I love the level of sound i currently get i don't know if the previous owner put in aftermarket speakers or if the manufacture system is just this loud and clear, i don't wanna get a stereo that is gonna lower the current sound.When i google Nissan Altima 06 stereos i get results like this https://www.amazon.ca/611UAB-Single-DIN-MECH-LESS-Receiver-Bluetooth/dp/B00T3QBROA/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1537655106&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=BOSS+Audio+616UAB+Multimedia+Car+Stereo which don't make since how is that gonna fit? What kinda of stereo do i need the big or small ones or will both work, do i need any other adapters or anything?

double dins look awesome in these size holes (man, that sounded weird). I also dont see the word bose on the radio anywhere, so it likely wont suffer from the problems that my 03 Maxima had in upgrading the stereo. Do your a pillars have the stock tweeter grilles?
