What will I need to wire this right?

I need to wire a ppi pcx480 to 2 sets of components at 4 ohms a piece, I also need to wire a ppi pcx2200 to 2 eclipse subs also at 4 ohms. What kind d block will I need, and what size g wire. I am thinking a 4 to 8 d block, and some 4 and 8 g wire. Where can I get this stuff cheap?
