I had a Fosgate Series 1 10 in '91. Upgraded to a JL 10W1 not long after they came out. The Series 1 is the only sub that I have ever owned that I don't still have.

Still have them in the original enclosure.

If they were paper cone then i would still use them but the plasic cone cracked because of the weather.

I have a friend that has a pair or 10" JBL subs, older than crap. They are paper and are already turning brown, but they still slam.
