What was your first system? Pics if possible

The mids/high enclosure is being leaned back in the first picture.

Two 12" Power Acoustik Mofo Subs - off a Hifonics BX2005D

Four 8" Eminence Speakers, Four Titanium Bullet Tweeters, and Two B&C 6PEV13 6.5's in doors - off a Kicker 850.4

Was pretty damn loud too. Metered 144.8 on new TL one time off. Was off of music, nothing was tuned at all, and each sub was only seeing about 400watts! Could hear my lyrics from blocks away. Pretty cheap setup too.

86' Chevy Astro Minivan

Pioneer Double DIN headunit can't remember the model. It had cd and cassette

100 watt Jensen amp from walmart bridged down to 2 ohms and was actually stable I can't remember it ever cutting out,and it obviously got ridiculously hot. It was wired straight to the battery, un-fused with whatever wire I found in my dads garage. Two mismatched 10" subs mounted in a push pull configuration in a sealed box made from 1/2" plywood. One was the cheapest RF they made at the time, can't remember the other. It might have been a kenwood.

To finish it off I replaced the back 6.5s with pyramid woofers for a bit more kick //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i wish i had pics from my first system. since there were no digital cameras i cant seem to find any.

I had four original MTX blue thunder 12's

I put subs in home theater floor speaker boxes.

Amp was a home theater sony unit running of a power inverter i took from a RV

pioneer pull out tape deck. with auto flip,

i had a full dj lighting set up with laser light, black lights, strobe lights, and laser disco ball that i attached to the back hatch. flip that ***** open and it was an instant party any place any time.

all of this was in my 1986 dodge caravan that i proudly called

"TECHNO SENSATION". with a huge decal on the back window lol

for the time even with this set up it was rather loud. since the hobby was rather new and fresh there was all kinds of crazy set up's. people tried everything.

my first system was in a 1972 GMC C1500 ( 1/2-ton truck ) and consisted of the following:

1. Kenwood eXcelon head unit ( I can't remember the model number anymore )

2. MB Quart three-way components with supplied passive crossovers

3. Rockford Fosgate Power 360 amplifier ( for the components )

4. Rockford Fosgate Power 360 amplifier ( for the subwoofers )

5. two 12-inch MTX Audio subwoofers in seperate Q-Logic sealed boxes ( can't remember the model numbers on these either )

6. Rockford Fosgate speaker wire

7. Rockford Fosgate RCA cables
