1st System in my 76 Chevy Nova in 1992.

Subs Kenwood 2-10" Full range box

Amp Kenwood KAC-721

Pyramid Superblue on my 6x9's

Had a Kenwood Tape deck pullout.

My first upgrade was a Kenwood 4042 EQ.

My first system was just a few years ago (04) in a 1988 Jeep Wrangler.
(4) Best Buy pioneer speakers. 6x9's and 4x6's

(2) Pioneer 10's, base model.

(2) Pyramid amplifiers, much less than 100w rms a piece.

I had the rear 6x9's amped and the front 4x6's running off the head unit.

Here's a pic of the sub box, which I built out of 5/8ths particle board. This is in my Cherokee, as I don't have any pictures of the system in my wrangler. The top was 8" deep and the bottom 11" to achieve 1 cube per sub, since the back seat of a wrangler is angled. It was a pretty pimp box IMO.

I like how the amp is just laying there against the left side of the box...LOL

Back in the stone ages ...... late 70's, hope irc

concorde tape player

sanyo 7 band preamp eq

sanyo pa6100 amp

some off-brand amp

EPI plate speakers front and back

there were no CD players or 12V active crossovers back then

My first was an oldschool pioneer HU, Mtx x-over 2 legacy 400 watt amps for subs, 2 rockford 15" series 2s ported, kicker components matched to a old 200watt noname amp.

Where'd you get the Jeep mat, or is it just a regular floor mat?
