My first system was two 12" Rockford Fosgate Punch HE's in a custom ported box with a Kicker ZR240 and really shitty low end Pioneer head unit. It was very simple and for some reason I miss it. Oh ya and FYI, I was the one that posted this thread last week.

no pics. sry...

infinity reference comps off a ma audio amp (100w rms)

infinity perfect VQ sub off audiobahn (400w rms (not really)) amp.

pioneer 860mp or 680mp, dont remember the model #.

actually sounded pretty decent, but my current system kicks its *** in comparison (see sig).

Pretty nice first system.
Cost me a shit load.. ($1200) for sub/box/amp.. (don't flame) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

My first system was just a few years ago (04) in a 1988 Jeep Wrangler.

(4) Best Buy pioneer speakers. 6x9's and 4x6's

(2) Pioneer 10's, base model.

(2) Pyramid amplifiers, much less than 100w rms a piece.

I had the rear 6x9's amped and the front 4x6's running off the head unit.

Here's a pic of the sub box, which I built out of 5/8ths particle board. This is in my Cherokee, as I don't have any pictures of the system in my wrangler. The top was 8" deep and the bottom 11" to achieve 1 cube per sub, since the back seat of a wrangler is angled. It was a pretty pimp box IMO.

I wish i had pics of my 1st system....I remember i was in highschool and my uncle bought me a nissan hardbody and it had a cover over the bed and i had 4 12" old old old RF punch dvc's in a big sealed box with like 18awg wiring and a 150 watt pioneer amp pushing them.. I thought i was the ****. had stock mids/highs with a old H/U (you know the ones that u can pull out....whats funny is it got kind of loud from what i remember but the amp would get so **** hot that it would burn the skin right off your finger!
