Deals can range from local to ones on the classified forums. Hope I posted this thread on the right forum.

Well to start it off, the best car audio deal ive made was local. This was probably from a while ago during Fall of 08. Saw a deal on craigslist with 2 Alpine Type-R 12s, Huge Dual 12 enclosure, and Orion 2500D amp for $300. I contacted him and we met at Walmart. The Type-Rs were in perfect condition as well as the amp. Box was huge and couldnt fit in my trunk haha, it was custom built. He also bought a big bag of wires that included around maybe 50ft of Knu 0 gauge wires, 3 0 gauge knu fuseholders and 250amp fuses, 2 knu distro blocks, and some other accessories.

I paid $300 cash for all of that. Everything worked and was in perfect condition. I eventually went on to sell the Orion 2500D to get my $300 back plus extra //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

so basically, i got 2 type-r 12s with custom box and all the knu acessories for FREE.

Best online deal was probably 2 Type-Rs 12s again haha and 2 Alpine MRP-M500 all for $350 shipped I think. Everything was in mint condition as well. Bought from someone on this forum.

Just being bored and want to know what was the best deal you've made.

My current system I have less than a thousand dollars actual cash in. I did trade some labor and also have gotten some good deals from friends but I think for the money it will be hard to beat.
