I am trying to get a stronger hold on some 1/0 ring terminals i just crimped on. I am using Rosin Based Solder (Electrical) and the solder just comes right off the wire/ring terminal.

How do you ensure the wire stays intact with the Ring Terminal?

O and search is all screwed up it's not letting me search AT ALL even tried google

like the man said you are going to need a torch to do the job. You are just not getting the wire hot enough. When you are soldering you head the wire and the wire melts the solder. If you do it that way the wire should soak up the solder like it is a sponge.

$10 dollar torch from home depot. 60/40 ROSIN CORE solder. get something a little bigger in diameter too. i forget what diameter i have, and i dont have it in front of me so i cant tell you. thats all you need though.

I used a pair of vice grips to crimp on my latest install and it worked nice. Took my time and gave it a pretty strong "pull" test and they didn't budge. After watching 98pheonix's vid of ring terminal soldering, it seems like a waste imo. Looked like you need to use near 1/2 a roll of solder per terminal.

yep, im almost done with my system. I just have to weld up my wire
