What type of box is the loudest

OK here is what i need to do.right now i have 4 15's in my expedition.i also have 2 memphis 12's(low grade i think)single 4ohm voice coil.i need to make a box for the 12's to replace the 15's when i go on vacations.So what type of box could i make that would be the loudest.I listen to mainly rap music when on vacation.

I think ported is louder...right?i am not sure about max ported for sub.i have the spec sheet for the subs though so i will look when i get to work

Ummm, do not listen to the 10 cube guy.Hell, I know a couple of the memphis 15's don't even like 5cf. each.

I have a couple "double shot" designs already done that'd work fairly well with those subs (if they're the M-1's or PR's esp.). Let me know if you want one, I'd give it to you for the cost of a regular ported design.
