What to set my settings too?

I have an alpine iva-d106 headunit. I have stock speakers and 2 alpine type x's. maybe you guys know what the optimal settings should be because I don't even know what most of these settings are.

Turn the loudness to off at least.

All the other settings look ok. Not sure though, i'll let the CA Elites handle this one.

tune with no bass boost or any added treble. If you have a sensitvity setting on the HU for CDs max it out, that way if you have to "choke" anything you can do it at the amplifers. I would rather use more or less gain than try to do it with the HU.....
