Alpine CDA-7894 or Alpine CDA-9884?

Alpine CDA-7894 is used and im buying it for $100(is it worth it?)

Depends on your needs. Which one seems to be your taste in style and color? They both seem to be very good units. I personally would go for the 7894 only if it's in good condition though. It has the V-drive, which is a plus. and has a motorized faceplate which is pretty cool. Unless you want the extra features, the 9884 isn't gonna be much better. It has Bluetooth capabilities, Imprint ready, weaker internal amp, usually no wireless remote, and doesn't look as appealing as the 7894. But it does have an optional ipod connection which will maybe break the deal if you have one. I don't know what your budget is so it depends on your price budget. I notice the 9884 is around $170 retail. That's quite a price difference if you're not planning to get the extra features.
