What subs are comparible to W7's?

Actually the sub in your sig stomps a W7, but he was looking for 4 12" subs because he already has the boxes.

i've heard the W7 and personally like my Q better in terms of SQ. the Q seemed to be more punchy when it needs too, but also gets low, and blends well with the music. The Q also seems to be better at higher frequency ranges over the w7, meaning you'd need more mid bass from your comps when using the w7. This is just my opinion from my personal experience. I heard soo much about the dub 7 being better than the stuff online, so i went to a shop and the owner let me hear a w7 on a 1000/1 in a fully deadened tahoe, and it sounded good, but i wasn't blown away

if ur debatin all this over a w7 and Fi Q sayin u want better quality from the Fi ,,, why dont u go with JL w6, If u run four of the 13's ull be poundin like crazy and itll still be clean,

bassicaly u said with considering u want the Q's cuz there cheaper and better sq,

just stick with jl and get w6's, they need a good 500 rms no more, from a good amp

personally i dont think anything fi makes is close to a w7 and ive heard all but the btl. A mag is a good choice but still not on the same level in my opinion, only sub ive liked as much as my w7 was an idmax

i have heard people compare the Treo SSi to the W7. i have used a ten inch SSi but i have never used a W7 or really even listened to one.

but if the w7 really sounds exactly like the SSi, then i know i wouldn't like it.

I heard my 555 vs my friends 13W7 in the same car, and the 555 demolished it. but since you already made the box i'd be hard to put an oval sub in a circle hole :x
