RE SX vs SI MAG 15"

which one from these 2 would sound best with a single 15" with 2.5-3cu/ft and 1100watts rms 1550 peak @ 1ohm in a trunked car. i want good SQ and great lows

the mag will sound alot better then the SX, and provide everything your looking for

mag freakins pwns the sx in sounding good and it gets plenty loud. The sx should take it on the meter tho...but i resoundingly say the mag over and over again

I also say the mag. Though I have no personal experience with the SX, I have heard it sounds like wet butt.

I dont think you can go wrong either way..but i agree the sx will take it on the meter but the m ag will sound better....my sx actuaally sounds pretty good but its install dependent

my sx sounded fine as well, just didnt sound like a mag

i have an older mag 12 and it sounds amazing, all the bass notes are very crisp even at low volume. the new mags are supposed to be better yet. the sx's dont sound bad but they are watt *****s, once you turn down the volume they get a little muddy. the mag is a great all around sub and on the same watts i couldnt see the sx be much if any louder.

it wont be for another 2 months...but when it does go in ill be sure to post vid clips. i have alot on my plate with this car and by april it should be done mius dyno time. i can see that i made the rite choice though.
