What subs and amp to use ?

Ive got my box made and it will only fit 2-10s that are 6 inch mounting depth.Had to be that way to fit under my back seat. So I was wondering what subs and amp I should go with ? My budget is $400 .

MY BOX HAS .91 CUBIC FEET OF AIR SPACE PER CHAMBER I had to do it that away cuz my truck is a extended cab and i have kids so I have to have as much room as possible .
