What sub and amp should I get?

I recently got my first car, a 06 Toyota Tacoma and wanted to upgrade the sound in it starting with the bass. I know there isn't much room since its a regular cab with no back seat so I wanted to know what subs to get that would fit while still having some decent bass. Also what amp and wiring do I need? I also don't have a whole lot of money so less than 200 would be preferable. I was hoping some people here would help me out?
