What Sub and Amp combination?

I am new to the Car audio world and am looking at purchasing some JL Audio 12-W7 or 10"-W7 subs. I need help on a combination with the correct amps. I am putting this into a 1968 Mustang Eleanor. Money is not a limiting factor. I also need some great components and amp for this same application. I don't want to have to buy again for making a mistake at first.

JL 1000/1 would be sweet if money is no option for you, then you can have matching subs and amps.....

jl 13w7, jl 1000/1, boston z6 comps (or the jl comps if you want to match), and a small jl amp for those.

the 2 13w7's will get crazy loud and will have some amazing sq while doing it. but the z6's are really highly regarded here as well.

better yet, if you have the room, and money isn't an issue, buy the new 06 18" xxx or RE MT 18" and a couple orion 2500d's or somethin like that.

I am building a shoe car and want to put in two subs for the particular fiberglass enclosure. That is the reason I want to go with two subs and not 1. I am going to purchase the Pioneer today. Great choice it has navigation also. Do I need 1 or 2 JL amps to run the two subs? I know I sound naive and I am, buy I want to do this right the first time. Should I get (2) 500/1 or 1 1000/1 amp? Also, is the JL components comp to the BOston. I would like to keep the system the same if possible?

in that case, yes get 2 1000/1s (1 per each 13w7 or 12w7 whatever you choose).

if you wanna keep it the same, then get the jl comps the zr series, and a 2 channel amp (300/2).

Thanks. You have been a great help. The good thing is that I can get all of this off the shelf here in Chicago. I am going to look into the suggestion of the other touch screen.
