What size wire?

I am getting an elemental designs nine.2x amp in the next couple of days. I am going to rewire my wire because I had 8 gauge before. What should I go with 2 gauge or 4 gauge? I know people always say just get the biggest you can in case you want to upgrade but this might be a stupid question but will the 2 gauge fit into the terminal on the nine.2x? Also it is probably going to be like around 15 or so feet of power wire.

Also what size speaker wire should I use?

Just for reference the amp is underrated bridged at 600W @ 4 ohms and that is what I am going to wire it as.

The biggest wire the amp will accept is all it needs.

ED suggests 4g power cable, so that is what I would use.

I'm not sure if those terminals on that ED will take a 1/0 wire. ED recommends a 4g wire.

If you did pick up the bigger wire you could use a distro block to get the wire down to 4g. Either that or just trim the 0guage. That's what I did when I had to fit my flex wire into my old Cadence amp.

I ended up just getting 4 gauge to be on the safe side and the fact that I wanted to buy locally so it was cheaper. I will probably regret it later haha
