what size wire?

My sons running a jl 1000/1 with a crunch 900/4. I am going to get a 300/4 JL and remove the crunch altogether in my sons car. What size power wire should I use and also for the big 3? Will 2 gauge be enough or should I go with 1/0?

run 1/0 on JL(does it accept 1/0???)

4g on 300/4

no its made for 4 ga also. I was going to run the 2 or 1/0 into a dis block and then run 4 ga out to both amps. I will run 1/0 then from the bat in the engine to the bat in the trunk and then to dis block as described above correct. It will be a fused dis block also.
