What size speaker wire?

What size is good for a 4 channel with under 100RMS, Im running the JL 300/4 to my speakers?

I use 12 gauge for all mids/highs but 14-16 gauge wouldnt be bad at all...would be just fine

16 gauge on my sub with 620 watts

16 gauge on my mids with 200 watts each

and 18 gauge on my tweeters with 100 watts each.
