Time to upgrade my speakers

My kicker KS's are not even close to cutting it for me so its time to get some new components. I am trying to decide between Focal 165A1's in the front and Focal 165 CA1's in the rear or Alpine SPX-17REF's in the front and Alpine SPR17C's in the back. They will be powered by my Nine.1. I am looking for a clean/smooth sound. Thank you. Any other suggestions in the $250 and under for the components and $150 and under for the coaxial's price range would be highly appreciated.

I had Focal in the past and they sounded nice, i am now using the Image Dynamics CTX65CS and they sound much smoother.

Check into either the PRS Pioneer Premier line or the 720c's, which are cheaper, but still fantastic or so I hear. I just got a set of the 720c's myself.

Coaxials I would check into ID as they sound good, basically a tweeter in the middle of the speaker and have heard nothing but good things about them.
