what size speaker wire to use?

There used to be a sticky around he somewere that said what wire size to use with which amount of watts.. im running 1 single Kicker kx1200.1 amp pushing 2 kicker L5 12" Subs what size speaker wire would i need to run from the amp and then from sub to sub?
