What size for 15" TC9?

Ive decided ported of course. TC9's are the same as an SS RL-p only their a bit beefier, so should I go by the recommended sizes of those or try and dig up info on the TC9? Ive been told by TeamPSI to do 1.8-2.5cu ft at 33hz. He's selling his custom TC9s right now too. Any info would help, thanks.

if it's that similar to the RL-p, aim for 2.8 @ 28 hz.
