What should replace my 2 mtx thunder 8000 12"s?

Hello all. I have a pretty loud system right now comprising off 2 mtx thunder 8000 12"s on a kicker cx1200.1 at 1 ohm. This amp is only solid at 2 and 4 ohms so I am aware of the damage I am doing, but it's extremely loud like this because they are DVC 4ohm subwoofers. They are in a 5 cubic foot 2 12" ported box. This is in a 2000 Buick lasabre and it's a pretty solid car so it absorbs a lot of the bass in the trunk but it is very loud. Like ringing ears and stuff falling off the window after a few minutes. It loves anywhere between 30hz and 55hz in this box so it's great for most decaf. Impersonally love it but there is a few problems. First I have a stock electrical system. I know it's ridiculous but I'm working on it. I have a 105 amp alternator that's brand new in there right now but I'm getting a 220 amp alternator this week as well as all 0 gauge for a big three upgrade which is a bit of a pain on a Buick with the battery under the seat. I may even put a xp950 xs power in the back eventually but for now this is it. The subwoofers are great. Like I said they are loud and sound clean. But they are about. A year old and have had their suspensions reglued twice. I'm thinking it's time to look for thier replacements. I'm looking for 2 12"s that will match this 5 cubic foot box and 1200 watt rms amp at 2ohms with the best SPL SQL as possible for price. I'm not looking for a x 12 that's going to require a battery bank in my trunk LOL. Although I am willing to throw one or 2 back there I just want a kick *** daily driver that's boarder line spl. I was originally thinking soundqubed hds3 12s or some American bass xfl or hd 12s. Maybe even sundown SA series 12s. What do you think? Of course my electrical system is a priority before getting more power hungry subs but any input is greatly appreciated. I also have a 2003 chevy tahoe that's in great shape from a fire department and because or that it already has raceways big enough for several zero gauge wires and I'm planning on putting some 15"s or 18"s in there for a more spl setup. Probably gonna need a 300 amp alternator though.lol

Thinking I can use my next subwoofer purchase here as a hint towards what to get for that system.

I'm really thinking of the SA 12"s or how big of a improvement so you think any of these subs will be from the mtx thunder 8000's?

BTW I'm really leaning towards American bass xfl or hd series 12"s are these worth it?

Actually I'm thinking of keeping these for a while. I have just got a 220 amp H/O alternator and still have the same setup and stock charging wiring harness but im able to absolutely max these subwoofers out. The stock wire at the alternator that feeds a distribution fuse block is only like 8 gauge then a 4 gauge battery load wire to the battery in the back under the seat. Thanks gm for that. I also have some 4 gauge wire for the hot going to the amp with a cheap 300amp in line breaker from the battery to the amp. This is the sad part. Back when I first did this i was kind of stupid and used 12 gauge (I know it's awful) for the ground which is just as important as the load wire and as I found out today blasting it even 4 gauge is warming up quite a bit after 10 minutes or so. I'm imagining I'm getting a whole hell of allot of resistance at that overly long 12 gauge ground with a crapy little splice connector in the middle do to a wire shortage awhile ago. So now I have 50feet of some super flexible 0 gauge and some 0 gauge to 4 gauge adapters for the amp and a 300 amp anl fuse. I'll be doing a big three upgrade and all zero gauge to the amp. I'm thinking I'm in for one hell of a difference because right now I'm still getting voltage drops and the amp cuts out which I'm thinking is partly do to the crap wiring and also because I need a second battery in the back which I'm working on

I'll say it yeah I OCD. I have tendency to want to make everything perfect. Sorry for wasting you time man. I don't mean to come off as a spammer. I'm not called audio "freak" for no reason.
