Sold a sub on here about a week ago.

The guy got it today I'm assuming, and I got a PM saying that the voicecoil is locked up.

Anyway, I'm almost certain that I didn't send him a blown sub but I'm willing to make it right by refunding the cost plus return shipping. However he doesn't have much or any reputation on this site so I'm a little bit worried, any suggestions?

BTW: I'm not giving any names, and if the buyer is reading this, it is not personal I just need some advice.
