Alright i had a trade agreement will billjones who says he works nights and would reply in the moring i have sent him a couple message but still no answer

Alright now this is what happened we were trading amps my crossfire for his ppi. He told me shipped it out and said he has the tracking number, which i haven't gotten from him yet but i have been trying to recieve it from him.

Im almost definate that my amp is to him by now. I just didn't know what else to do because i don't want to label him as a scammer if he really has sent it, and it just went thru postal and is taking so long or what

anybody know what i should do?
