I have never had money burning a hole in my pocket. I would put the $300 away and just let it build intrest for awhile if I there was nothing I really wanted. Personally, if I had $300 now I would be getting my lower back inked and prep for the rest of my back to get done. We all have different priorities.

Well, I have been going minimalist lately with everything I have. A good deal of the stuff I have is either being put into storage or sold off which really puts things into perspective of how much crap that is just not needed. I rather have the money gaining interest in a bank account than devaluing in the form of a new stereo or some other new toy. The things I have work fine now, and the joy from buying something new is shortlived.

The money that I do spend usually goes towards learning new things like dancing, calligraphy, or whatever else strikes my fancy. Right now, I just really want to finally get another tattoo, and I feel it is the proper time seeing as how events are happening in my life. The design has been in my head for ages. All that it will be is seeing the finished product on my skin instead of just in my mind.
