What makes Kicker so bad?

Nut hugger?...no. I just value quality when I hear/see it. Especially when its made in the USA and last for 20+ years! Good luck with your "made in China" amps that you over paid for! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Step your game up son! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif
I hope you arn't talking about kickers amps, they have been over sea's for a very very long time.

never been real impressed by kickers sound aside from the old school round solo's. I know they can get loud but thats just my experience, and ive tried a wide variety of there stuff over the last 15 years. I have a ZX1000.1 running my w7 right now(aquired via a trade) and thought my 500/1v2 sounded way better on it.

The ZX amps are good value.. I have never really seen the subs get loud. Everybody says they do? They must not meter well though.
zx lines are shotty. not at all impressed by them, now a good amp was the KX line from earlier 2000s.

I've had about 5 ZX amps of varies sizes over the last few years. None have givin me any problems. Ranging from 06-11 models

My builders L7 15 is pretty loud. Would a L7 12 compare with stuff like sundown, fi, or skar? sa12s or vvx12s or ssd 12s

I dont expect them to really out do any of thoughs subs, but would they be able to keep up decently? For daily application dont care for numbers

I have a reaction when someone mentions kicker (even their logo) that makes me want to smash their face. Maybe its their dumb looking drivers, idk. It's been this way for 10+ years.
