JL Audio 12W0. This sub has been my pride and joy for almost 6 months now, and I play it hard every day. I know it says 125 RMS, but I'm running 400. This thing is like a little puppy, you give it a treat and it won't leave you alone! I am very impressed with JL Audio in general, and especially the efficiency and sound of the W0 series! I highly recommend these subs to anyone, no matter what size! I probably won't ever buy another brand of sub just because I am so in awe of how well it works day in and day out! i would have to vote for the Kappa Perfect's to be down right honest. everyone says they are a SQ woofer only but my friend took 2 12" perfect's and hit 145 with them, i'm not sure if that was dash or cone but i was still impressed. they are very clean hard hitting subs. behind that in a close second has to be my personal fav. the IDMAX i love those things.

I haven't encountered a lot of people with good systems where I live, since i live in a small town of about 14,000.

My vote goes to the old style RF Punch DVC 12's. A friend of mine has a system with 2 of those getting about 500 watts each, and when they hit they vibrate your chest so much that your voice sounds funny.

Well, as an SQPL freak, I love my Shiva. Adire kills most everyone I come across, mostly because dudes in SA don't have a fuuckin' clue so they go to Best Buy and spend $1,400 on a not-worth-a-shit system, and these brain dead people have the nerve to complain when they realize it does ****.

I would have to say the MA Audio Hard Core sub

simply because it can handle 5000 WRMS!

I am seriously thinking of getting one for the hell of it!

MTX RFL 152 aint a bad sub either at 2000 WRMS

hey not to knock you on that mtx sub but have you heard one or just going off specs?? i know this is all opinion but i personally don't like them just b/c they are a burp woofer now when the new line comes out that i have heard about it should be much better sounding subs. just a simple question not a question of opinion so no one jump on me please.

Mine goes to the the old rockford fosgate DVC subs man they seemed like the best subs out when they came out a few years back. Also I have another tied my new fav DD 9500 series. Then the cystal cmps and then proabally a jugg. This isnt based on spl or anything just that I think that they were better woofers or not the old dvcs were irrdistructable I mean I have seen people throw 1800rms into them and they do fine sure dont see the new ones doing that.
