What is this box tuned too? Recommended calc/software..

You have almost certainly too much port area.

Yeah, if the top and bottom sandwich, then your port should be ~14.75 high.

What would the affects of that be? I'm wondering if I need to have another box built right away or if I can use this temporarily. Tapping out the budget a bit and I don't have the tools to build the box myself unfortunately.

It could just be peaky and have somewhat less bandwidth, overall. Just pay attention to how it sounds.
