There is no "best" sub out there. Totally depends on what your capabilities are as an installer, and the vehicle that you are putting it in.

There are so many subs that can get loud, you have to find one to fit your application, budget, and reason for getting loud. If you want a loud daily driver your needs are different than someone who is competing...

before you decide witch SPL sub you wanna go with you better take care of the power side of running the sub (batt, 0ga or bigger wire, amp,) then i would look into a spl sub...like a pyramid, lanzer, or even a jvc sub.....

im just jokeing!!!! ( on the lanzer crap and all that but DO the power aspect first!!)

yes i almost forgot! pioneers big 5000 or 6000 spl sub cant remember what it was exactly lol. it get's very loud and doesnt sound half bad
