What is the best Sound deadener?

plan on deadening my car soon and was wonder what is the easiest to install or which sounds best?

hush mat? dynamat? secondskin? raam mat?

Many people will tell you many things. Some won't stick, some smell, some just plain ****, some are cheaper, some are really expensive (for a good reason, imo), some are just so-so.

I like Dynamat and Stinger Expert. They stick everytime. The stinger is what I use in my cars and have deadened in winter in WI in a cold garge and it's still on the cars. Use a roller no matter what kind you get. I've also heard good things about Second Skin but haven't tried it. Some will say good and bad things about every brand so good luck on your quest. I'm a huge believer in "you get what you pay for" and on that note, "That's all I have to say about that" -Forrest Gump

Ive always liked damplifer (regular) always worked great with just one layer

i have tried RV sealant and Dynamat and neither have given me issues. Obv the dynamat was better but not too much in my opinion. neither smell and neither have come off and I live in ohio where its -20 one day and 120 the next

i have used second skin damp. pro and that works great. VERY sticky.

i have had good luck with fatmat.... many dont, i just heat the shit out of it and it works great if you take time to install it right and for the price

Just did the roof and back wall in my ext chevy with raamat bxt 2. Was really tacky and easy to work with. Been in the 90s here lately and so far it's holding
