What is different between Clarion DXZ715 and Clarion DXZ715-R/B?

I'm a novice for car audio but I wonder what is different DXZ715 and -R/B? What do you recommend it?

What's mean for 'Factory Rreconditioned'?

The R/B is refurbished or rebuilt. As well as the term 'factory reconditioned', it means that there was a prior problem with the unit and it was rebuilt to working order.
