What gauge speaker wire?

Well I've tried to search a bunch of times but all I get are "internal server errors" whenever I try to do so. I'm going to be using a 4-channel amp that's rated for 125rms x 4. What gauge speaker wire should I use to replace my stock wiring? This is going in a honda civic fyi

Ok sounds great. Thanks for all of the responses guys! I was planning on going with 12 gauge but I thought that it might be over kill. I'm thinking that I'm gona go with 14 gauge so I can save $$$.
