What else do I need?

I have a 00 Silverado extra cab with an Alpine 9835 front 165 6x5 poly glass focals. The subs are 2 12 kicker comp vr's. The fronts are being pushed by an mtx thunder amp 4 channel I don' t remember the watts. The subs have a performance technichs( I know this brand sucks). Anyway I wanted to ask for advice on what back speekers I should get and how not to blow them. The hd has built in crossovers that I don't know how to work.

Any advice is appreciated.
