You'd be surprised how cheap you can find them local. If you know a shop that is nothing but batteries. A guy up in denver gets pallets after pallets of batteries and sells them only by what they weight and how many you get. I got 5 CSB batteries for $300

Well then take two of the 8V units, wire them in series, and you have a monster 16V unit.

It says over 150 AMP's at 800 RPM's so maybe 170 or so at idle.
