One reason why 12V stuff sucks. It takes so much current to get anything done. That's why I have 24 and 48V inverters and SMPSs, and not 12V.

I vouch for the C&D UPS12-475s, though one I indirectly bought from Ryan seems to not want to hold a charge as well as the other, but that's just luck when it comes to non-new batts. I will buy some more from the guy that's selling them off the pallet.

yer gonna need this for starters even if its not for 18v u can run dual 14v. im not gonna run my ss xxx-6500 on 18v this time gonna do dual 14v. 4.3L chevys will need 105" belt to make this work
